We are saddened to share the recent passing of our beloved Kris Hardesty. A Madre for over 25 years, Kris served in many leadership roles, including on the board of directors and as our longtime newsletter editor. Kris was well known and loved in the Padres Community (and beyond) for her volunteer activities, crafting and as a Padres season ticket holder with friends in the bullpen section seats. She was a wife, mother, and grandmother who deeply loved her family, her basebal

The San Diego Madres welcome all Little League, youth softball, and Challenger leagues throughout the San Diego region to apply for sponsorship checks. You can find the online form here on our website under the "Youth Baseball" tab. In 2025, we gave out almost $18,000 in sponsorship checks.
