Ted Leitner presented with "Madres Appreciation Award"

Please join us in congratulating Ted Leitner as we present him with the first-ever Madres Appreciation Award." Leitner's 41 years in the radio booth were the soundtrack of Padres baseball for generations of fans. Additionally, Leitner has always been generous with his time whether it be for conversations and photos with fans or appearances and speaking engagements for countless nonprofits in the the San Diego community. On August 9, 2025, we presented Ted with this award and hung a star just for him. We love you, Uncle Teddy!
