ABOUT US The San Diego Madres is an organization of more than 300 women and men who love baseball. Its mission is to provide all children in San Diego County the opportunity to play baseball and softball, by financially supporting their leagues. 2010 Madre Board of Directors >> The San Diego Madres Support Youth Baseball We were formed in 1972 and since then the number of San Diego County youth baseball teams we have sponsored has increased from 30 children to nearly 63 leagues and 120 teams in 2009.
